Flavor

The taste of Oliveum is unlike any other pepper sauce on the market. The habanero peppers mixed with fresh citrus, spices, and multiple kinds of vinegar produce an incredibly bright, effervescent flavor without overwhelming heat.

Oliveum Hot Sauce is cooked with 15 unique ingredients from around the world. Multiple peppers are used, but the main source of heat and flavor comes from red habaneros, chosen specifically for their floral, fruity notes. Onion, garlic, and lime are added to enhance the burn and whole tomatoes are mixed in to create a smooth texture. Two different types of vinegar are then mixed in to add a sweet and sour kick. Finally, eight additional spices are added to balance out the sauce. Oliveum hot sauce does not have any preservatives, thickeners, or water added.
